Chipstead Golf Club - How Lane, Chipstead, CR5 3LN

Chipstead Links was laid out in 1905 and opened for play in 1906 in the heyday of Edwardian enthusiasm for 'manly' sport. In 1964 the layout of the course was changed and in 1977 the holes were each given names on the scorecard - 'Sheer Drop' and 'Damnation' being self-explanatory but 'Cleopatra' requiring a visit to the course to be fully appreciated. Woodcote Park Golf Club - Meadow Hill, Bridle Way, Surrey CR5 2QQ

Woodcote Park is a part parkland, part downland course measuring 6,814 yards, making it one of the longer courses in the county. Founded in 1912, the course at Woodcote Park consists of two parts - eight holes at the "top" of the course and on the same level as the clubhouse, and ten holes which slope down about 150 feet to flat ground before gradually rising again to the original level. North Downs Golf Club - Northdown Road, Woldingham, Caterham, CR3 7AA

North Downs golf course is a parkland course set on the North Downs at between 800 and 850 feet above sea level, with spectacular views in all directions. The course, whilst not long, is nevertheless challenging and requires careful shot selection and accuracy to cope with the demands of the layout. The course was originally laid out with 9 holes in 1899 and was extended in 1971 to 18 holes and its current 5,815 yards, par 69.
