Addington Hills is a park located in Upper Shirley. The park consists largely of woodland with London's largest area of heathland at its heart and is protected as "Site of Metropolitan Importance".
The viewpoint has views across Croydon and all the way to north London. With seasonal changes of the colourful heather & trees and the variety of birds, other wildlife, it attract visitors to the area at all times of the year.
The park is fully accessible at all times and can be got to via Coombe Lane tram stop on Tramlink route 3. The park covers an area of 130 acres.
